Do you make pets or animals too?
Yes! We can include pets like dogs, cats, or other animals in your figure set. Just upload a photo and let us know—each animal counts as one figure in your order.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns if the item is damaged or you received the wrong order. Since each figure is custom-made, all other sales are final. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to track your order directly on our website’s Tracking Page.
How long does it take to receive my custom figure?
Design takes 1–4 days, production takes 2–6 days depending on the design, and shipping usually takes 7–12 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, and most orders include free global shipping.
Can I request a specific outfit or theme?
Yes! Just write your request in the customization box at checkout and upload any reference photos if needed.
Will I get a preview before it’s made?
By default, we do not send previews to keep production fast and efficient. However, if you’d like to see a preview of your custom design before it’s made, we offer that as an optional paid service. You can select this add-on during checkout.
